RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have purchased a product from us online that is faulty or damaged, you have the right to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

You must return the product to us in its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund once we have confirmed the product is faulty or a replacement product if you desire.

If you notify us after 30 days of receipt that the product is faulty, we will send out a replacement according to the applicable Product Warranty.

I CHANGED MY MIND

You have the right to return the item in its original, unopened packaging if you have changed your mind about the product.

You have up to 14 days from receiving the product to notify us of a return. You then have up to 14 days to send the product back to us.

You will receive a full refund minus our original delivery costs to you.

You, the buyer must pay for return postage costs to return the product (unless the item is faulty).

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of delivery for your return.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

The tamper seal must not be broken.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase receipt (received via email once purchased).
